Victorian Turquoise & Pearl Band Add Inscription:Yes Answers on a postcardStriking Victorian ring furnished with pearls and turquoise gemstones; a popular combination during the latter half of the 19th century. The stones nestle within a 'split seam' running down the band at the head, reminiscent of peas in a freshly picked pod. The gold is solid 9 carat, and the ring dates from the 1880s, thereabouts.
