V for Victory Paper Headband small I've only seen a handful

I've only seen a handful of full boxes and most of those were assembled from various rounds and this is the only one I have had a chance to buy

these are normally used up and rotten when I do find them

V for Victory Paper Headband small I've only seen a handfulVintage 1940s WWII V for Victory paper headband. The "V for Victory" is made for a shiny iridescent paper. Made in U. S. A. Decent condition, some light wear and some rust on the staples. It has been stored flat for years and the areas where the sides are creased are showing wear. IT WILL MOST LIKELY RIP IF YOU TRY TO WEAR IT. We have several available. Some have some discoloration spots on the writing. The corner of the V on some shows wear. See
