Whether you need a correct tin for needles or need a place to store some other small items

but there is a small chip in the mouth of the bottle

I believe these have something to do with some form of drop canister or something similar. The straps are currently one straight length but each strap was at one time sewn to itself in two places to create 2 large loops. The stitching has been cut in these places. The straps could be repaired to their original configuration
