The resulting wine is a golden colour in the glass. Aromas of honey, herbs, dried nuts, tea, toast, and vanilla. Ripe citrus fruit, cedar, and sweet spices flow together across the palate A defined structure with vibrant acidity, along with a hint of salinity through to the finish.
