Matured in a combination of first fill bourbon barrels, STR (shaved, toasted and re charred) barriques, and Oloroso sherry butts. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES Nose: Pear syrup, fruit bon bons, warm cut grass, marmalade. Palate: Golden syrup, pepper, rye bread, macadamia nuts, cream
