St. Mark's Winged Lion in the Round Size:ca 32 cm / ca 12.6 in wide The goddessRefined sculpture in the round, inspired by Daniele Manin's Bronze Monument in Venice. This magnificent masterpiece was modelled by Luigi Borro in 1875. The Winged Lion by Ithaca, a terracotta fired at about 1000 C grades, is painted with engobes and can be placed inside as well outside.
