These are made a bit like underwear with a drawstring waist and loops to attach them inside of pants

1939 DRK Erste Hilfe First Aid Book tool The webbing handle is intactDeutsches Rote Kreuz (DRK) Amtliches Unterrichtsbuch ber Erste Hilfe ("Official Textbook Covering First Aid") dated 1939. It is in fairly good condition. Some damage discoloration near the spine. Light wear, staining and the pages have yellowed a bit with age. The swastika on the title page is scribbled out in blue marker, however the swastika on the cover is untouched.
