Red Leather Compact DRP dday2023 Staedtler crayons in the originalVintage 1930s 1940s red leather zip up makeup compact. The zipper is marked Komet D. R. P. (Deustches Reichspatent). This seems like a very odd and messy way to do a powder compact. There is some staining on the inside where I think there used to be a mirror glued. Interesting piece with no powder inside.
