Gramona Gessami 2021 Cigales heather and milk thistleHarvests carried out according to the moment of maturity of each variety: first the Muscat de Fontignan followed by the Muscat de Alexandria and finally the Sauvignon Blanc. The varieties were vinified separately. Pre fermentation film macerations were carried out at 10 C for maximum aromatic extraction followed by gentle pressing, obtaining only the flower, that is, 40% extraction, and then fermentation was carried out between 13 and 15 C.
